2) PRIZES:
There will be
one (1) prize of
$500 CDN, two (2)
prizes of $250 CDN and ten (10) prizes of $100CDN,
each to
be awarded across the regions of British Columbia, Alberta,
Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
No substitution or
transfer of prizes permitted. One prize per person, household, or
address will be awarded.
5) GENERAL: All surveys and transmission entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
6) WINNERS LIST: Prize winners will be posted on the PineCone

Rivercenter Blvd., Covington, KY 41011, USA). 8) Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
