PRIZE
DRAWING:
A random draw will take place on
June 15th, 2009
at 11:00pm in Pickering, Ontario, from all eligible transmission entries
and mail-in entries received during the Sweepstakes period. The
Independent Judge’s decisions are final on issues relating to this
Sweepstakes. In order to win, the selected entrants must first
correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to
be administered by mail, and will be required to sign a standard Contest
Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Sweepstakes
rules. The odds of winning depend on the numbers of entries received.
The Declaration and Release Forms must be returned by the selected
entrants no later than the date indicated on that form. If the
Declaration is not returned within the specified time, this will render
the selected entrant’s selection null and void and the independent
judging organization will select another entrant. By acceptance of
prize, winners consent to the use of their first name and last initial
and province of residence for posting on the PineCone Research site.
Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners. 5) GENERAL: All surveys and transmission entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
